The North Carolina Police Dog Association will provide service to the K-9 community through commitment and communication which will be manifested by:
Providing a medium through which K-9 information can be shared
Developing and instituting clear, concise, and pertinent certification standards
Demonstrating a concern for the community
Promoting K-9 officer safety and education
Providing an open environment, which supports and provides resources to the K-9 Community Both local and National.
Develop and maintain a working website that assists all members and non-members alike in exchanging K-9 information and data, regardless of location or affiliation
